2013 to 2017
  • VSN ECPL is founded by Mr. Ram Waghmode in 2013 at Pune (Maharashtra) with 220 sq. ft. office area.
  • Initially, started as a small-scale operation in the distribution of electronic components by establishing partnerships with a few local manufacturers and suppliers.
2018 to 2020
  • In 2019, invested in infrastructure and shifted office to 1000 sq. ft. area.
  • Established strategic alliance with international manufacturers and distributors of electronic components, allowing it to offer a reliable product to customers.
  • Developed a strong network of customers, including manufacturers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Electronics Manufacturing Services Companies (EMS) and many more.
2021 to 2023
  • VSN ECPL achieved ISO Certification in 2021, maintaining high-quality standards and efficient operations in accordance with international best practices.
  • Experienced exponential growth and expanded its product portfolio and customer base.
  • Expanded its operations to serve customers in southern and northern regions of India by deploying dedicated business development and sales team.
  • Invested in infrastructure by acquiring a new office building area of 7500 sq. ft. and shifted to new office w.e.f. April 2023.
  • Looking ahead, the company continues to focus on growth and expansion into emerging markets by investing in talent acquisition and development.
