Welcome to VSN Electro Components Pvt. Ltd. ("VSN Electro Components," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  1. 1. Orders
    1. 1.1 Order Placement: Once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before proceeding to checkout.
    2. 1.2 Product Availability: All products listed on our website are subject to availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order or replace the item with a similar product of equal value. Delivery time of the product may changed accordingly.
    3. 1.3 Delivery of Order: The order will be delivered within the days communicated at the time of delivery except emenrgency cases. If the Customer receives a damaged parcel, the Customer should take photographs of the parcel to confirm the damage and notify the Company immediately prior to opening the parcel.
  2. 2. Replacements and Returns
    1. 2.1 Replacement Policy: We offer an end to end support if there is a failure in product. We support with the help of COC/packing list/Test report etc based on case. After providing the support, if issue remians then we will offer replacment of material. Further, in the event of a defective or damaged product, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Replacement request should be raised in written within 7 working days from the date of receipt of product. We do not accept the replacement requiest after 7 working days from the date of receipt of product. For detailed policy read our Replacement, Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
    2. 2.2 Returns Policy: In the event of replamcement policy failure, in that case we do accept product as returrn. The bayuer should raised request in written for return of product to customer service team within 7 working days of receiving the order. We do not accept the return requiest after 7 working days from the date of receipt of product. For detailed policy read our Replacement, Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  3. 3. Refunds
    1. 3.1 Refund Policy: In the event of replamcement policy failure, we may offer refunds on case to case basis at the sole discretion of VSN Electro Components Pvt. Ltd. Refund request should be raised in written within 7 working days from the date of receipt of product. We do not accept the refund requiest after 7 working days from the date of receipt of product.     1. 4.1 Pricing: Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
